Nordstrom (upper body) will return to the lineup Tuesday against the Wild, Chris Kuc of the Chicago Tribune reports.Nordstrom missed the Blackhawks' previous six games with the injury, but was able to resume practicing last week. His standing as a fourth-line energy player for the Blackhawks doesn't offer much security, so it wouldn't be a surprise if he flits in and out of the lineup over the final few games of the regular season and throughout the playoffs.

Nordstrom (upper body) took part in a non-contact practice Wednesday, ESPN Chicago reports.It's Nordstrom's first activity with the Blackhawks since he suffered the injury during a March 25 game against the Flyers. He might not be a candidate to return to the lineup during the Blackhawks' back-to-back set that kicks off Thursday against the Canucks, but it appears he'll have a good chance of playing before the regular season comes to a close.

Nordstrom will miss about a week due to the upper-body injury he suffered Wednesday against the Flyers, ESPN Chicago's Scott Powers reports.Nordstrom went down early in the third period Wednesday with the injury, missing the game's final 17 minutes. His injury will pave the way for Bryan Bickell -- who was a healthy scratch Wednesday -- to reenter the lineup.
