Brazilian soccer star Neymar will be launching his music career this week. The Barcelona goalscorer revealed the news on Twitter.
"This Wednesday, I begin my music career and I'm going to release my first song on Facebook," he wrote.
Umm, what? OK, well that may be a bit surprising for some. But Neymar is a big music guy and has even taken the stage to sing before.
Still, as Barcelona's season just kicked off, the gold medal winner seems to be devoting some time to a side career. Now, Barcelona fans probably won't mind unless he fails to perform on the pitch.
In the end though, he will surely be better than former Real Madrid man and current PSG striker Jese, whose rap music makes me cringe, as does the fact that he wears sunglasses inside.
