Padres' Daniel Camarena: Rejoins Padres

The Padres recalled Camarena from Triple-A El Paso on Tuesday, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

The lefty has appeared in three games this season, allowing five runs in 5.2 innings of relief. The Padres face Max Scherzer on Thursday, so perhaps Camarena will be called upon for a pinch-hit appearance in the series finale. Miguel Diaz was optioned to Triple-A in a corresponding move.
