Carlton Davis NE CB
Patriots' Carlton Davis: Career-high tackles in 2025
3h agoDavis made 69 tackles (39 solo) while suiting up for all 18 regular-season games with the Patriots in 2025. He also had 10 passes defensed.
Davis also logged 20 tackles (14 solo) and two passes defensed, including two passes defensed, across four postseason appearances. The standout 2025 free-agent signee has two more years remaining on his contract with New England, and though the team will have a potential 'out' after the 2026 campaign, Davis remains locked in as a starting cornerback for the Patriots next season.
-
Jack Gibbens NE LB
Patriots' Jack Gibbens: Tallies 81 stops in 2025
3h agoGibbens made 81 tackles (43 solo), including 1.0 sacks, across 17 regular-season appearances with the Patriots in 2025. He also had four passes defensed and one forced fumble.
Gibbens additionally made 19 tackles (seven solo) across four postseason appearances. After playing out the 2025 campaign on a one-year deal with New England, the 27-year-old linebacker is now slated to become a restricted free agent. As such, the likeliest outcome is that he returns to the Patriots in 2026 to handle a rotational role at linebacker.
-
Kenneth Grant MIA DT
Dolphins' Kenneth Grant: Room for growth after rookie year
5h agoGrant tallied 33 tackles (15 solo), including 2.0 sacks, across 17 regular-season appearances with the Dolphins in 2025. He also had one pass defensed.
Grant, a 2025 first-round pick, struggled early in his rookie season but showed some flashes down the stretch. Despite his improvements late in the year, the former Michigan standout never quite developed into a reliable starter for Miami's interior defensive line, with his struggles against the run being especially disappointing considering Grant's six-foot-three, 335-pound frame. If Grant is able to take a step forward in his development under new head coach Jeff Hafley this offseason, though, he'll have clear path to opening 2026 as a starter alongside Zach Sieler.
-
Jordan Phillips MIA DT
Dolphins' Jordan Phillips: Tallies 34 tackles in Year 1
5h agoPhillips made 34 tackles (eight solo) while suiting up for all 17 regular-season games with the Dolphins in 2025.
Phillips, a 2025 fifth-round pick, saw consistent playing time as a rookie but struggled tremendously against the run. Despite being more impressive as a pass rusher, he failed to translate any of his seven total pressures into a sack. Phillips will work to take a step forward in Year 2 under new head coach Jeff Hafley, though his upside is noticeably capped due to the presence of both Zach Sieler and Kenneth Grant at defensive tackle.
-
Ifeatu Melifonwu MIA SAF
Dolphins' Ifeatu Melifonwu: Staring down free agency
5h agoMelifonwu made a career-high 53 tackles (31 solo), including 1.0 sacks, across 16 regular-season appearances with the Dolphins in 2025. He also had one pass defensed, including one interception.
Melifonwu inked a one-year deal with Miami last March and appeared locked into a starting gig at safety for the team, but he ultimately played more than 70 percent of defensive snaps in only five of his 16 appearances. The 26-year-old will figure to compete for a rotational role elsewhere in the league in free agency.
-
Dante Trader Jr. MIA SAF
Dolphins' Dante Trader: Makes 55 stops as a rookie
5h agoTrader racked up 55 tackles (29 solo) across 17 regular-season games with the Dolphins in 2025. He also tallied one pass defensed, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
Trader exceeded expectations for a rookie fifth-round pick, stepping into a consistent role at safety in Miami's lackluster secondary. The Maryland product has established himself as a fair rotational option going forward, and he could grow into a more notable role under new head coach Jeff Hafley. However, it won't be surprising if the Dolphins make numerous additions at safety this offseason. He remains off the radar in most fantasy IDP formats.
-
Joe Flacco CIN QB
Bengals' Joe Flacco: Wants to continue playing
1d agoFlacco recently told the Ross Tucker Football Podcast that he wants to continue his NFL career and will target the best opportunities for playing time.
In other words, Flacco won't be any hurry to re-sign with Cincinnati as Joe Burrow's backup, even though ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports that the Bengals are interested in keeping the 41-year-old. If he can't find a chance to compete for a starting job, Flacco suggested that he may remain a free agent deep into the summer, waiting for injuries and/or benchings that open up job oppotunities.
-
Skylar Thompson PIT QB
Steelers' Skylar Thompson: Misses 2025 season with injury
2d agoThompson was unable to take the field during the 2025 season due to a hamstring injury.
The 2022 seventh-round pick from Kansas State was placed on Pittsburgh's injured reserve list in early September due to a hamstring issue and didn't return this season. After signing a reserve/future contract with the Steelers last January, Thompson is set to enter unrestricted free agency. He could draw interest from teams seeking quarterback depth ahead of the 2026 campaign.
-
Sam Ehlinger DEN QB
Broncos' Sam Ehlinger: Doesn't play in 2025
2d agoEhlinger didn't appear in any games during the 2025 season.
Ehlinger operated as the Broncos' emergency third quarterback behind starter Bo Nix and Jarrett Stidham for much of the season, as the fifth-year quarterback bounced back and forth between Denver's practice squad and active roster several times in 2025. The 27-year-old Texas product is set to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason, perhaps finding a home with a team in need of quarterback depth if the Broncos don't choose to extend an offer ahead of the 2026 campaign.
-
Joshua Dobbs NE QB
Patriots' Joshua Dobbs: Attempts 10 passes in 2025
3d agoDobbs appeared in four regular-season games during the 2025 campaign and completed seven of his 10 pass attempts for 65 yards and carried the ball 10 times for minus-5 yards.
Dobbs served as Drake Maye's backup but saw action only in garbage time. Dobbs has one more year remaining on his contract and will likely continue to serve as New England's No. 2 quarterback during the 2026 season.
-
Stetson Bennett LAR QB
Rams' Stetson Bennett: Doesn't play in 2025
3d agoBennett didn't appear in any games during the 2025 season.
Bennett has yet to appear in a regular-season game across his first two seasons in the NFL. With Jimmy Garoppolo set to become a free agent this offseason, Bennett could have a chance to compete for the team's backup quarterback spot for the 2026 campaign.
-
Jimmy Garoppolo LAR QB
Rams' Jimmy Garoppolo: Sees limited action in 2025
3d agoGaroppolo didn't attempt any pass attempts during three regular-season games in 2025.
Garoppolo served as the Rams' backup quarterback in 2025 and had a career low in both pass yards and games played, as Matthew Stafford remained healthy for the entire season. Garoppolo is set to become a free agent this offseason and will likely look to earn a backup role on another team.
-
Jacardia Wright SEA RB
Seahawks' Jacardia Wright: Signs reserve/future contract
2d agoWhite (undisclosed) signed a reserve/future contract with the Seahawks on Thursday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
The running back was placed on the practice squad injured list in September and ended the season there, too. Wright did appear in one September game before the injury, playing on five offensive snaps and three special-teams snaps while recording five carries for 20 yards.
-
Velus Jones Jr. SEA RB
Seahawks' Velus Jones: Signs reserve/future deal
2d agoJones signed a reserve/future contract with the Seahawks on Thursday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
The running back was elevated to the active roster for Super Bowl LX, playing 23 snaps on special teams and dowing a punt on New England's two-yard line. Jones appeared in three games for Seattle during the 2025 regular season, carrying the ball four times for 32 yards.
-
Cam Akers SEA RB
Seahawks' Cam Akers: Signs reserve/future contract
2d agoAkers signed a reserve/future contract with the Seahawks on Thursday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
The running back was elevated from the practice squad for Super Bowl LX and played four snaps on special teams. In 2025, he spent time with the Vikings and Seahawks, appeared in six regular-season games and carried the ball five times for 19 yards. Now, he'll likely remain with Seattle at least into OTAs.
-
Julius Chestnut TEN RB
Titans' Julius Chestnut: Production dips in 2025
2d agoChestnut rushed 11 times for 40 yards and failed to catch either of his two targets across 17 regular-season games in 2025. Additionally, he tallied 81 kick-return yards.
Chestnut saw declines across several statistical categories compared to his 2024 campaign, logging fewer carries (22 to 11) and posting fewer rushing (102 to 40) and receiving (11 to zero) yards while playing 40 fewer offensive snaps. He also returned 10 fewer kicks than he did in 2024 but was more efficient this season, averaging 27.0 yards per return. Set to enter unrestricted free agency this offseason, Chestnut could draw interest from teams in need of running-back depth to compete for a backup role ahead of the 2026 season.
-
Adam Prentice DEN RB
Broncos' Adam Prentice: Finishes quiet 2025 season
2d agoPrentice ended the 2025 regular season with 10 carries for 44 yards, adding six receptions (on eight targets) for 53 yards across 17 games. He added one catch for three yards over two playoff contests.
Prentice was minimally involved in the Broncos' offensive attack this season, playing at least 25 percent of snaps in just three games in 2025. The veteran fullback, instead, played a higher percentage of his snaps on special teams. Prentice was promoted to Denver's active roster from the practice squad for the first three games, ultimately leading the Broncos to sign him to the active roster for the remainder of the season. The 29-year-old will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason, so he'll perhaps be signed back with the Broncos based on his familiarity with head coach Sean Payton's system. If not, he'd likely garner interest from other teams around the league.
-
Andrew Beck NYJ RB
Jets' Andrew Beck: Catches two touchdowns in 2025
2d agoBeck caught six of nine targets for 45 yards and two touchdowns while rushing once for five yards over 17 regular-season games in 2025.
The 29-year-old from Texas tied his career high in touchdown receptions during his first season with the Jets, finishing tied for the second most on the team. Beck also played a significant role on special teams, logging 315 snaps and recording eight total tackles. After signing a one-year, $1.34 million deal with the Jets last offseason, he's now set to hit unrestricted free agency. Beck likely will land with a team in need of blocking help and special-teams depth ahead of the 2026 season.
-
Mike Evans TB WR
Buccaneers' Mike Evans: Not expected to retire
1d agoEvans isn't likely to retire this offseason, according to ESPN's Jenna Laine.
Laine notes that fellow Bucs legend Lavonte David said he'll either re-sign with the team or retire, whereas Evans is considered more likely to continue his NFL career. The implication seems to be that Evans is willing to play for another team if he can't reach terms with Tampa Bay before hitting free agency in March. He'll turn 33 in August after finishing 2025 with career lows in numerous categories, including games played (eight), catch rate (48.4 percent) and yards per game (48.4).
-
Courtney Jackson DEN WR
Giants' Courtney Jackson: Signs with Giants
1d agoThe Giants signed Jackson to a reserve/future contract Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Jackson spent the 2025 season on Seattle's practice squad after joining the team in late August. Though the undrafted rookie did not see regular-season action in 2025, he showed promise as a punt returner towards the end of his college career at Arkansas. The 24-year-old will participate in New York's offseason activities and could see a role on special teams should he find a spot on the active roster in 2026.
-
Terry McLaurin WAS WR
Commanders' Terry McLaurin: Headed for more volume in 2026?
1d agoNew Commanders offensive coordinator David Blough wants McLaurin to get "10 targets a game," according to UWSA9's John Doran.
"This thing's going to be built around how do we get [McLaurin] 10 targets a game," said Blough. "And get [McLaurin] explosive receptions after explosive receptions to kind of flip the field." It sounds promising from a fantasy standpoint, but McLaurin has reached eight targets per game just once in his seven NFL seasons (8.9 in 2020). He finished 2025 with career lows for games played (10), targets per game (6.0) and yards per game (58.2), among other statistics, though he also averaged 9.7 YPT and had a career-high 61.7 percent success rate on targets. There's a strong enough bounce-back argument for 2026, even if the volume mentioned by Blough is unrealistic.
-
Stefon Diggs NE WR
Patriots' Stefon Diggs: Pleads not guilty
1d agoDiggs pleaded not guilty Friday to criminal charges stemming from an alleged dispute Dec. 2 with his personal chef, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Diggs' attorney said the wide receiver "categorically denies" the allegations, which include a charge of felony strangulation. Diggs' arraignment was postponed until after the Super Bowl to allow him to play in the game. Following his Friday arraignment, Diggs is next scheduled to appear April 1 for a pretrial hearing.
-
Ricky White III SEA WR
Seahawks' Ricky White: Sticking with Seattle
2d agoWhite signed a reserve/future contract with the Seahawks on Thursday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
The wide receiver appeared in two regular-season games for Seattle in 2025, playing on 13 offensive snaps and nine special-teams snaps. He did not record a catch. White was a seventh-round pick of the team in 2025.
-
Montorie Foster Jr. SEA WR
Seahawks' Montorie Foster: Staying with champs
2d agoFoster signed a reserve/future contract with the Seahawks on Thursday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
The wide receiver signed to the Seahawks' practice squad in late December but never appeared in a game. Now, he'll try to make it to the team's offseason program and compete for a roster spot.
-
Jonnu Smith PIT TE
Steelers' Jonnu Smith: Production tanks in Pittsburgh
2d agoSmith secured 38 of 54 targets for 222 yards and two touchdowns across 17 regular-season games with the Steelers in 2025.
Smith posted a career-best 88-884-8 line on 111 targets with the Dolphins in 2024, but an offseason contract dispute led to his being traded to Pittsburgh, where his receiving production plummeted in a run-first offense designed by Arthur Smith (now at Ohio State). It's hard to imagine a worse scenario for the 30-year-old tight end to have found himself in. The arrival of new head coach Mike McCarthy could provide a new spark on offense, but even if things change for the better, Smith may not have a path to re-emerging as a consistent fantasy contributor due to the involvement of fellow tight ends Pat Freiermuth and Darnell Washington (forearm). Smith has one more year under contract.
-
Pat Freiermuth PIT TE
Steelers' Pat Freiermuth: Modest numbers in 2025
2d agoFreiermuth secured 41 of 54 targets for 486 yards and four touchdowns across 17 regular-season appearances in 2025.
Freiermuth paced Pittsburgh's tight ends in receiving production, but his ceiling was significantly capped by the presence of both Jonnu Smith and Darnell Washington (forearm), as well as the run-first schematic design of former offensive coordinator Arthur Smith (now at Ohio State). The 27-year-old remains under contract through the 2028 season and will retain a consistent role in Pittsburgh's offense, but both Smith and Washington are set to return in 2026, and the first read for red-zone opportunities will consistently be wide receiver DK Metcalf. Those factors will make Freiermuth a deep sleeper in 2026 fantasy drafts, and it's difficult to envision an upside scenario for him even if new head coach Mike McCarthy manages to spark things on offense.
-
Colson Yankoff WAS TE
Commanders' Colson Yankoff: Increased work in second season
2d agoYankoff caught two of three targets for 18 yards across 14 regular-season games in 2025.
The UCLA product logged just 107 total snaps (101 on special teams, six on offense) across six regular-season games during his rookie campaign in 2024. However, he played a much larger role in his second season, logging 246 special-teams snaps and 107 offensive snaps. Despite the increased playing time, Yankoff was targeted just three times and operated in a depth role within Washington's tight end room. Under contract through 2026, the 25-year-old is expected to compete for a larger offensive role this offseason.
-
Ko Kieft TB TE
Buccaneers' Ko Kieft: Plays just three games in 2025
2d agoKieft (leg) didn't record an offensive statistic while logging 29 offensive snaps across three regular-season games in 2025.
The Minnesota product sustained a leg injury in Tampa Bay's Week 3 win over the Jets that sidelined him for the remainder of the season. In the Buccaneers' first three games, Kieft was primarily used as a blocker and did not receive a target. He also contributed on special teams, logging 65 snaps and recording three total tackles. With Kieft's rookie contract expiring after the 2025 season, he's set to hit unrestricted free agency. Expect the 28-year-old to draw interest from teams in need of tight-end depth and special-teams help ahead of next season.
-
Elijah Arroyo SEA TE
Seahawks' Elijah Arroyo: Plays depth role in rookie season
2d agoArroyo caught 15 of 26 targets for 179 yards and one touchdown across 13 regular-season games in 2025.
The 2025 second-round pick from Miami operated as Seattle's No. 2 tight end for most of the season but missed the team's final four regular-season games due to a knee injury. Arroyo's offensive role diminished as the season progressed. He caught 11 of 17 targets for 140 yards over his first seven games but totaled 39 yards and a touchdown on four receptions (nine targets) during his final six regular-season contests. Despite this late-season dip in production, the 22-year-old is expected to compete for a larger offensive role this offseason.
-
Grant Calcaterra PHI TE
Eagles' Grant Calcaterra: Production dips in 2025
2d agoCalcaterra caught nine of 13 targets for 76 yards and one touchdown across 15 regular-season games in 2025.
The fourth-year pro from SMU saw declines across several statistical categories compared to his 2024 campaign, recording fewer yards (298 to 76), targets (30 to 13) and receptions (24 to nine) while playing 356 fewer offensive snaps. The drop-off was likely influenced by Dallas Goedert's availability, as he missed seven regular-season games in 2024 but just two in 2025. With Calcaterra's rookie deal ending after this season, he's now set to enter unrestricted free agency. He could find work with a team in need of tight-end depth and compete for a larger offensive role this summer.
-
Jason Myers SEA K
Seahawks' Jason Myers: Fantastic showing in Super Bowl
6d agoMyers connected on all five field-goal attempts and both extra-point tries in Sunday's 29-13 win over the Patriots in the Super Bowl.
Myers accounted for the Seahawks' first 12 points of the game, and he finished with 17 total points. The 34-year-old kicker completed a perfect postseason, drilling all eight field-goal attempts and 11 extra-point tries through three playoff games. Myers was dependable during the regular season, too, making 85 percent of his field goals and every extra point. He's heading into the final year of his contract but could be an extension candidate as the Seahawks look to retain their title in 2026.
-
Jason Myers SEA K
Seahawks' Jason Myers: Another perfect outing
19d agoMyers hit a 27-yard field goal and all four extra-point tries in Sunday's 31-27 win over the Rams in the NFC Championship Game.
Myers has hit all three field-goal attempts and all nine extra-point tries through two postseason games. During the regular season, he connected on 41 of 48 field-goal tries, including 22 of 27 (81.3 percent) from beyond 40 yards. The Seahawks will face the Patriots in the Super Bowl on Sunday, Feb. 8.
-
Jason Myers SEA K
Seahawks' Jason Myers: Perfect in blowout win
27d agoMyers connected on both field-goal attempts and all five extra-point tries in Saturday's 41-6 win over the 49ers in the divisional round.
Myers missed two kicks in the regular-season finale against the 49ers, but he was perfect in the rematch. Overall and including the playoffs, Myers has hit 86 percent of his field-goal tries this season, including nine of 12 attempts from beyond 50 yards. Myers will be outdoors again in the NFC Championship Game regardless of the opponent.
-
Matt Prater BUF K
Bills' Matt Prater: Upgrades to full participation
01/14/2026Prater (quad/calf) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.
Prater was listed as a non-participant in Tuesday's walkthrough but was able to upgrade to full participation in Wednesday's session. The kicker was questionable to play ahead of last Sunday's playoff win over the Jaguars, but he managed to suit up for the game and put forth a flawless effort. The 41-year-old should be all set to play in Saturday's divisional-round matchup against the Broncos, barring any setbacks.
-
Matt Prater BUF K
Bills' Matt Prater: Sits out first practice of week
01/13/2026The Bills listed Prater as a non-participant in Tuesday's walk-through practice due to right quadriceps and calf injuries.
The kicker had previously been listed on injury reports with only the quad issue, which kept him from playing in Weeks 16 and 17. Since returning in Week 18, Prater has knocked down both of his field-goal tries and all six of his extra-point attempts, but he's ceded kickoff duties to punter Mitch Wishnowsky in both contests. Even though Prater's calf is now bothering him as well, head coach Sean McDermott said he expects the veteran to kick during Wednesday's practice, per Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com. If Prater is unable to play in Saturday's divisional-round game in Denver, the Bills will likely call up Matthew Wright from the practice squad to serve as their placekicker.
-
Jake Elliott PHI K
Eagles' Jake Elliott: Misses extra point in playoff loss
01/13/2026Elliott made field goals from 41 and 33 yards in Sunday's 23-19 wild-card loss to the 49ers but missed one of his two extra-point attempts.
The missed extra point wound up being significant, as the Eagles drove to the San Francisco 21 on their final possession and would have been in range for a game-tying field-goal attempt had Elliott made all of his earlier kicks. Elliott missed just one of his 42 extra-point tries in the regular season, but he made just 74 percent of his field-goal attempts (20-for-27), his worst performance since 2020.
