Missouri selling T-shirt to commemorate win over Kentucky (yes, Kentucky)

Listen, Missouri, there's a right way and a wrong way to go about fitting in in the SEC. The right way: beating the holy tar out of a team that (regardless of its current hapless circumstances) won the league two seasons ago, as Texas A&M did last Saturday.

The wrong way is this:

That's an actual T-shirt you can buy from Missouri's official online store commemorating the Tigers' big win over ... Kentucky. 1-8 Kentucky. Kentucky, which was on the road rotating two true freshmen at quarterback. Kentucky, which is 4-18 in SEC play under their current head coach. That Kentucky.

Now, yes, there was some history to Missouri's victory: It was their first SEC win ever. Which is why the shirt proudly displays that fact ... nowhere?

No, by all appearances, this is simply a shirt worn to celebrate the fact that Missouri managed to defeat what's probably the worst Kentucky team since at least 2004 (which is, of course, saying something). It's, well ... it's just not a very SEC thing to do, Mizzou. Sorry.

If you're wondering about the "xx"'s in the sample, those will be filled in when you order. Or so sayeth the site.
