Mets' Eric Campbell: Serving as 26th man Tuesday

Campbell will be added to the Mets roster as the 26th man for Game 2 of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Pirates, Adam Rubin of ESPN New York reports.

Campbell was optioned to Triple-A Las Vegas a week ago, but he'll make a brief return to the big league club Tuesday. The 29-year-old struggled at the plate in 30 games with the Mets earlier in the season, batting just .159 with 23 strikeouts in 63 at-bats.
