Senators' Dion Phaneuf: Leaves Tuesday's game with injury

Phaneuf left Tuesday's tilt against the Capitals with a lower-body injury and will not return.

The severity of the injury is unclear at this point, but the veteran blueliner can be considered day-to-day going forward. His next chance to return will come Wednesday at the Islanders.
