Dude Perfect and How Ridiculous are like the Warriors and Cavs of the trick shot world. Both crews presumably make enough money to survive by traveling around the world making seemingly impossible shots -- and setting world records in the process.

Back in 2011, How Ridiculous set the record for the "greatest height from which a basketball is shot" at 219 feet, five inches. Not to be outdone, Dude Perfect broke the record earlier this year and upped the height to 533 feet.

Well now it's November and, you guessed it, How Ridiculous has once again reclaimed the title for the highest made basket in history. The Australian group consists of members Brett Stanford, Derek Herron and Scoatt Gunson, but it was Herron who did the honors this time around.

The trio traveled to picturesque Mauvoisin Dam in Valais, Switzerland because -- well, why not? If you're going to break a world record, might as well do it at one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

Herron now officially has the record with a swish from 593.73 feet, but even more remarkable is the fact that he made it on just his third try. It takes me more than three tries to throw a crumpled piece of paper in the recycle bin about a foot away from me.

"It was a surreal moment nailing it on the third shot," Herron told Guinness World Records. "I watched the ball head towards the rim and saw the net move but still had my doubts that it went in until I saw Scott going crazy."

Your move, Dude Perfect.
