Social media invasion: Drew Storen has Twitter handle on his glove
Ignore social media at your peril these days, because it's taking over the world. In what surely won't be the last we see of such a move, Nationals closer Drew Storen has his Twitter handle sewn into his glove.
See the picture below, via -- what else? -- a tweet from his father, radio personality Mark Patrick.
Storen, 24, had 43 saves with a 2.75 ERA and 1.02 WHIP last season for the Nationals. He's currently recovering from surgery to remove bone fragments from his elbow. He's expected back around the All-Star break, at which point we'll see his Twitter-handled glove.
