Torii Hunter: Mike Trout is 'Rickey Henderson in the making'

Twenty-year-old outfield phenom Mike Trout has taken the AL by storm since being called up. Heading into Wednesday night's game, he was hitting .337/.397/.532 with 13 doubles, three triples, six homers, 19 steals, 40 runs and 27 RBI in just 47 games.

Fellow Angels outfielder Torii Hunter was on the Jim Rome radio show Wednesday and gave quite the lofty endorsement to Trout:

Whoa. That's first-ballot Hall-of-Famer Rickey Henderson to you and me.

Hunter also discussed the Angels' locker room situation, which apparently was a bit uptight to begin the season but has now relaxed into a state of putting peanut butter in each other's underwear:
