A's honor Pat Neshek's son with uniform patch
Pat Neshek and his wife recently lost their infant son, Gehrig John Neshek, less than 24 hours after he was born. Neshek, at the urging of his wife Stephanee, has rejoined the A's and is on the roster for their ALDS matchup with the Tigers. Now the A's will honor Neshek's son with a uniform patch, which they're wearing Saturday in Detroit:
