In case you didn't know, former Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow has spent the past year transitioning to baseball. He's currently playing outfield for the New York Mets' High-A affiliate, located in St. Lucie, Florida.

Tebow played his 16th game for the St. Lucie Mets on Thursday night, and boy did he make the most of it, delivering a walk-off home run in the second game of a doubleheader to defeat the Daytona Tortugas.

As you can see from the video evidence abouve, that's definitely Tebow and that's definitely a home run. Not much else you can ask for from a video that promises those things then delivers.

Anyway, Tebow is now hitting .327/.421/.551 with three home runs since his promotion. Not too shabby.
