WATCH: Vin Scully says goodbye to Dodger Stadium following walk-off HR
The Dodgers walked off with the NL West title during Scully's final home broadcast
For the fourth straight season, the Dodgers are champions of the NL West. They clinched the division title Sunday afternoon thanks to Charlie Culberson's walk-off home run (LAD 4, COL 3). It was his first home run of the season.
Here's video of Culberson's division clinching blast:
Sunday's game was also Hall of Famer Vin Scully's final home broadcast at Dodger Stadium. He will be with the team for their final series of the regular season in San Francisco, but this is it in Chavez Ravine. The Dodgers have no home games left, and he won't call any games in the postseason.

Following Culberson's walk-off blast, Scully addressed the crowd to say goodbye. The Dodgers also played an old recording of Scully singing Bette Midler's "Wind Beneath My Wings" to his wife. Check it out:
That's sweet. Dodgers baseball is never going to sound the same. Scully has been calling games for 67 years now. 67 years! Generations of Dodgers fans know nothing but Scully calling their favorite team.

I'm not sure the Dodgers could have sent Scully out any better. A walk-off homer to clinch the NL West? That's as good as it gets.
