The Cleveland Cavaliers may have had 10 days off before Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals on Wednesday night, but they showed no signs of rust, jumping out to a 30-19 lead after the first quarter, before cruising to a 117-104 victory over the Boston Celtics in a game that was nowhere near as close as the final score indicates.

LeBron James, as expected, was simply unstoppable, finishing with 38 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists, while Kevin Love had his jumper stuck on automatic, pouring in 32 points of his own thanks to six 3-pointers. Together, the Cavs' Big Three combined for 81 points on the night.

As for the Celtics, Avery Bradley and Jae Crowder lead the way, putting up 21 points each. Isaiah Thomas and Al Horford, meanwhile, struggled from the floor, shooting a combined 11-30.

The Celtics will have a chance to try and even the series on Friday night.
