| Blair grabs 10 boards in loss: With Tim Duncan still sidelined with a knee injury, Spurs center DeJuan Blair was all over the boards Friday night against the Pistons. Blair grabbed 10 rebounds but missed all four of his shots. He went 5 of 6 from the free throw line and finished with just five points while logging 16 minutes of game action in a 119-109 defeat. | Fantasy Analysis |
| Blair has logged 10-plus minutes of game action in each of the last five games played as he continues to earn some playing time while Duncan is out. That said, the 23-year-old has not been able to make much of an impact scoring and is averaging just 3.3 points over his last three contests. Blair will continue to serve as the limited backup to Tiago Splitter and Boris Diaw for now and should be viewed as a marginal Fantasy option. (Updated 2/8/13). |
