  • Flynn to see more chances: Trail Blazers guard Johnny Flynn saw his most extensive playing time in almost two weeks on Sunday against the Kings, as he played 18 minutes as the team's primary backup point guard with Jamal Crawford taking a rest. Flynn played a solid game, finishing with nine points on 4 of 9 shooting, while also adding four rebounds and five assists in a 104-103 loss. Prior to the game, Blazers general manager Chad Buchanan said that Flynn should see more minutes over the team’s final five games, as he will give veterans more rest to see what Flynn can do with more playing time.

    Fantasy Analysis
The Blazers have a decision to make regarding whether to bring Flynn back next year, so it is in the team’s best interests to give him extended run now and see if he can develop into anything. He has shown very little in his NBA career to make the team think he can be a starting option however, and even if he does see more minutes, he is unlikely to make any sort of impact in Fantasy over the final scoring period.
