A whole lot of bad special teams play is why we had a tie on 'Sunday Night Football'
Plus Gronk, the Cooter effect and all the other news and notes from Sunday's action
Also, why the Ravens don't scare and the NFL's most enjoyable clutch combo
Here's who deserves credit for Miami's explosion in the run game
The Seahawks kept their shutout intact with the blocked kick

10/23/16TEJordan CameronConcussionOUTCameron (concussion) is inactive for Sunday's Week 7 tilt versus the Bills, the team's official site reports.

Cameron will remain sidelined with the concussion that's prevented him from playing since Week 4. With position mate Dion Sims also out, MarQueis Gray and Dominique Jones will continue to man the position for the Dolphins.

10/23/16DBXavien HowardKnee - MeniscusOUTHoward (knee) will be out at least a month, Omar Kelly of the Sun Sentinel reports.

Howard suffered the knee in practice Tuesday. The second round pick was starting for Miami and had 22 tackles, three passes defensed, and a forced fumble in four games this season.

10/23/16TEDion SimsConcussionOUTSims (concussion) is inactive for Sunday's Week 7 tilt versus the Bills, the team's official site reports.

Sims suffered the concussion in last Sunday's victory over the Steelers and did not practice at all this past week. His absence, combined with that of Jordan Cameron's (concussion), leaves MarQueis Gray and Dominique Jones as the Dolphins' tight ends for the Week 7 contest.

08/30/16LBZach VigilBackOUTVigil (back) returned to practice Wednesday, the Miami Herald reports.

Although eligible to practice, Vigil remains on the Dolphins' NFI list for the time being. He only participated in individual drills Wednesday, so he likely isn't completely recovered from the back ailment and remains without a definite timeline to return to game action.

07/31/16DLDion JordanKneeOUTJordan had a clean up procedure on his knee at some point since the start of the regular season, Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald reports.

Jordan had his first surgery on the knee during the summer so it's certainly not good news that it needed to be cleaned out again. There is currently no timetable for his return to the team.

10/23/16DLMarcell DareusHamstringOUTDareus (hamstring) is inactive Sunday's Week 7 matchup with Miami.

Dareus was doubtful to play Sunday and has yet to play this season, making his inactive status predictable.

10/23/16DBSeantrel HendersonBackOUTThe Bills starting offensive line will see its first playing time together in a game Sunday against the Bears, with Cordy Glenn, Chris Williams, Eric Wood, Erik Pears and Seantrel Henderson lining up left to right, the Buffalo News reports.
10/23/16WRRobert WoodsFootOUTWoods (foot) is inactive for Sunday's game in Miami.

The Bills will now go with an "interesting" starting receiver tandem of Marquis Goodwin and Justin Hunter, as their top three wideouts are all out on this one. It's certainly a good thing the team has the league's top-ranked rushing attack.

08/26/16RBKarlos WilliamsSuspensionSUSPENDWilliams signed with the Steelers' practice squad Wednesday.

Williams was let go by the Bills after he showed up this summer grossly out of shape and then received a four-game suspension for a violation of the NFL's substance abuse policy. However, he did score nine touchdowns for the Bills last season, so putting him on the practice squad and seeing what he can do seems like a good low-risk signing by the Steelers. Still, some other team could pluck him off there pretty quickly.

    (Updated 10/12/2016)
08/24/16LBKevin ReddickKneeQUESTIONABLEReddick, who suffered a sprained MCL in practice Friday, was waived/injured by the Bills on Sunday.

The Bills didn't have much choice here with several other linebackers injured and reinforcements needed. If Reddick clears injury waivers, the Bills can then either place the him on IR or agree to an injury settlement with him.

07/29/16WRKolby ListenbeePelvisOUTCoach Rex Ryan said Monday that Listenbee, a sixth-round rookie out of TCU, still isn't ready to practice as he recovers from double hernia surgery, The Buffalo News reports.

Even though the Bills have been decimated at wideout all season, there's simply not going to be enough time for this year to be anything more than rehab and learning for the speedy rookie, who's incredibly raw but may also be one of the NFL's fastest players once he's back.
