The Bills will be tasked with the impossible Sunday, when they're asked to slow down the Patriots' offense. At least they'll regain an important member of their defense for that matchup.

According to defensive tackle Marcell Dareus, he will make his season debut at home vs. New England.

Dareus sat out the first four games of the year because of a suspension and the past three because of a hamstring injury. But he healed in time to welcome Tom Brady back to Buffalo.

A year ago, Dareus recorded only two sacks, but he notched 10 in 2014. Sacks don't tell the entire story, though. In 2015, Pro Football Focus graded Dareus as their 10th-best defensive tackle. In 2014, he was fourth. He can be a game changer.

His return still might not be enough for the Bills to beat the Patriots (6-1), who are cruising. Since Brady returned, he's torn up the league and already leads the NFL in every important passing statistic. The Patriots tight end duo, Rob Gronkowski and Martellus Bennett, has been unstoppable. And running back LeGarrette Blount is sixth in the league with 566 rushing yards.

The Bills (4-3) are very much alive in the AFC playoff picture and Dareus' return should help them contend, but don't expect them to keep pace with the Patriots.
