Washington lost its divisional game to the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving day, 31-26. Given where they reside in the playoff race, it was a fairly important loss to sustain. Just as important for their hopes the rest of the season, though, is the health of tight end Jordan Reed. And on that front, they got some bad news after the game.

ESPN.com's John Keim noted Friday that Washington's head coach, Jay Gruden, stated on his weekly radio appearance that Reed suffered a Grade 3 AC joint separation in his left shoulder during the game and is considered questionable to face the Arizona Cardinals next week.

Reed was injured when he came down on his shoulder after attempting to catch a pass from Kirk Cousins in the back of the end zone. He exited the game briefly but returned later on and was utterly dominant the rest of the way.

Check out just a few of the grabs he made after coming back from the injury, two of which were touchdowns.

He finished the afternoon with 10 catches for 95 yards and those two scores. Of course, it ended up being just barely not enough. And now he's got to deal with the injury issue beyond this week.

Luckily, there are still nine more days until the next time Washington plays, so Reed has a chance to recover.
