Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has had a lot of free time on his hands since Sept. 13 when he broke his foot in a win over the Giants.

For the past month, Bryant's life has basically been: Rehab, rehab, eat, more rehab, eat again, rehab again, sleep. Apparently, Bryant is growing bored of that lifestyle because it looks like he's added a new member to his family.

The Cowboys wide receiver posted a picture on Instagram of him and his "new best friend." The twist here is that his new best friend is actually a small monkey named Dallas Bryant. 

Look at the little monkey's face -- even it can't believe the refs overturned Dez's catch against the Packers. 

Now, there are a lot of unanswered questions here. Bryant doesn't make it clear if he bought the monkey or if he's just borrowing it for a photo-op.

It's also not clear if this monkey is even a Cowboys fan. It he's anything like these gorillas, then he's probably going to grow up to be a Dolphins fan.
