Midway through last season, after Kirk Cousins' lights-out performance against the Buccaneers, the Redskins' quarterback uttered three words on his way to the locker room that served as the team's unofficial rallying cry:

"You like that?!" took on a life of its own as the team finished 9-7, won the division, and qualified for the postseason for the first time since Cousins' rookie season, back when Robert Griffin III was still the unquestioned franchise quarterback.

"I had to do it," Langley, the soon-to-be Washington-Lee High School grad, told the Washington Post in an email. "My family lives off Redskins football, and any way I could translate that into my senior yearbook, I would do it."

It gets better. Cousins got wind of the quote and sent Langley a note:

Langley joked that Cousins' tweet bumped the previous No. 1: Being accepted to Virginia Commonwealth University, where he will play lacrosse.
