Report: Eric Fisher to supplant Jah Reid as Chiefs' starting RT

Chiefs offensive lineman Jah Reid will be replaced as the starting right tackle by Eric Fisher, NFL.com reports.

Fisher battled through an ankle injury that limited him to three snaps through the first two weeks. Reid started at right tackle the first two weeks, but had some problems in pass blocking.

An ankle injury is still hobbling Chiefs offensive tackle Eric Fisher, though Andy Reid has stated that he is getting some reps in practice Tuesday, the Kansas City Star has reported.

Jah Reid will get the majority of playing time at that position in practice. It remains to be seen how much action Fisher sees Thursday night against Denver.

Ravens re-sign OG Jah Reid to one-year deal

According to The Baltimore Sun, the Ravens will re-sign tackle Jah Reid to a one-year contract Thursday. Reid has spent his entire four-year career with the Ravens, though he only played four games last season before landing on injured reserve with a broken hand. The deal is for the veterans minimum and contains playing incentives.
