  • Canucks' Daniel Sedin: Contributing steadily

by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com
(12/21/16) Sedin collected an assist and went plus-2 in Tuesday night's 4-1 win over the Jets.

It's the season of giving and Sedin's in a festive mood, having unloaded four goals -- two on the man advantage -- and four more helpers in the past 10 games. The 2011 Art Ross trophy winner hasn't missed a game and is on pace for 25 goals and 30 assists this campaign, though that represents a modest drop from his last season's 61-point output.

Canucks' Daniel Sedin: Emerging from brief slump

by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com
(12/7/16) Sedin scored a power-play goal and assisted on his brother's even-strength tally in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to New Jersey.

He went through a five-game skid with just a lone assist, but has emerged from it with goals in consecutive games. Still, it's been a slow season on the whole for Sedin -- his 17 points in 26 games are well behind his typical scoring pace, and he's sitting on a minus-5 rating. The long-time star hasn't finished with a negative rating since going minus-3 as a rookie way back in 2000-01.

Canucks' Daniel Sedin: Extends point streak to seven

by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com
(11/18/16) Sedin picked up a goal, an assists and four shots in Thursday's 3-2 overtime win over Arizona.

Sedin extended his point streak to seven games while netting his second power-play goal of the campaign. The Swedish veteran is showing no signs of slowing down, having attempted 14 shots over the past four games.

Canucks' Daniel Sedin: Registers another goal

by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com
(11/11/16) Sedin took a feed from his brother Henrik for goal No. 4 on Thursday, but it wasn't enough as the Canucks lost to the Red Wings on the road, 3-1.

Sedin is averaging a half point per game this season, which is by no means spectacular in accordance to his lofty standards, though we'd be remiss to not point out that the Swede is on an active four-game points streak. The Canucks are currently the lowest scoring team in the league, so take what you can get from the winger.

Canucks' Daniel Sedin: Returns after time in quiet room

by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com
(11/6/16) Sedin had to spend time in the quiet room Saturday after an ugly, blindside hit to the head from the Leafs' Nazem Kadri, reports CBC's Hockey Night in Canada. He was stunned by the hit, but was able to return.

He scored a goal in the third period. Kadri will face supplemental discipline as a repeat offender for the hit.

April 7, 2015: WATCH: Henrik Sedin sets up Daniel Sedin with unbelievable no-look pass
This might be the best pass you see in the NHL this season. And of course it involves Henrik Sedin and Daniel Sedin doing something that seems impossible.
