Who's Playing

Alabama @ Florida

Current Records: Alabama 10-3; Florida 9-3

What to Know

An SEC battle is on tap between the Florida Gators and the #15 Alabama Crimson Tide at 7 p.m. ET Wednesday at Stephen C. O'Connell Center. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous games.

Florida made easy work of the Stony Brook Seawolves two weeks ago and carried off an 87-62 win. The Gators got double-digit scores from four players: guard Phlandrous Fleming Jr. (20), forward Colin Castleton (15), center Jason Jitoboh (12), and forward CJ Felder (10).

Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Bama beat the Tennessee Volunteers 73-68 last Wednesday. Bama can attribute much of their success to forward Noah Gurley, who posted a double-double on 20 points and ten boards.

Barring any buzzer beaters, Florida is expected to win a tight contest. They covered a 19-point spread two weeks ago, so bettors might be thinking that will translate to further success against a lower spread.

Florida is now 9-3 while the Crimson Tide sit at 10-3. The Gators are 6-2 after wins this year, Bama 6-3.
