The Tulane Green Wave haven't won a game against the #6 Houston Cougars since Jan. 17 of 2018, but they'll be looking to end the drought on Wednesday. Tulane and the Cougars will face off in an American Athletic battle at 8 p.m. ET at Fertitta Center. These two teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins.

Tulane escaped with a win on Saturday against the Wichita State Shockers by the margin of a single free throw, 67-66. The Green Wave's guard Jalen Cook did his thing and shot 5-for-9 from downtown and finished with 23 points.

Meanwhile, Houston had enough points to win and then some against the UCF Knights on Saturday, taking their contest 63-49. The top scorer for Houston was guard Kyler Edwards (17 points).
