Dodgers' Matt West: Signs minor-league deal

West signed a minor league contract with the Dodgers, Eric Stephen of True Blue Los Angeles reports.

West recorded two appearances with the Dodgers during the summer, but the 27-year-old has mainly pitched in the minors throughout his seven-year career. He'll likely provide some organizational depth for the Dodgers next season.
