Phillies' Mario Hollands: Activated from 15-day DL

Hollands (elbow) was activated from the 15-day DL on Thursday and optioned to Triple-A Lehigh Valley, Stephen Gross of The Morning Call reports.

Hollands completed a rehab stint at Triple-A earlier in the week, and the Phillies will now send him back to Lehigh Valley indefinitely. The left-hander, who has not appeared in a major league game since 2014, holds a 1.46 ERA across 12.1 minor league innings on the year.
