Phillies' Nick Nelson: Optioned to Triple-A

Nelson was optioned to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Saturday, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.

He's clearing space for Orion Kerkering (forearm), who will be activated from the injured list Sunday. Nelson has yielded two runs over 3.1 relief innings with the Phillies this season.
