Pirates' Cam Alldred: Optioned to Triple-A

Alldred was optioned to Triple-A Indianapolis on Friday.

Alldred had his contract selected Wednesday and made his MLB debut the next day, throwing a scoreless inning of relief against the Reds. He'll head back to the minors as the Pirates clear space for Tyler Beede, who was claimed off waivers from the Giants.
