Yankees' Conor Mullee: Transferred to 60-day DL

Mullee (hand) was transferred to the 60-day DL on Saturday.

The move, along with the release of Alex Rodriguez, allows the Yankees to add two outfield prospects, Aaron Judge and Tyler Austin, to the 40-man roster. Mullee has not pitched in a game since July 1, so he wouldn't be able to return to action until early September, although there is no news as to how far along he is in his rehab.
