  • Brewers' Chris Roller: Added to 40-man roster

The Brewers selected Roller's contract from Triple-A Nashville on Monday, Curt Hogg of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. Roller, 27, would've become a minor-league free agent, but the Brewers have added him to the 40-man roster in order to prevent that from happening. The outfielder slashed .247/.394/.449 with 15 home runs and 19 stolen bases at the Triple-A level in 2023. Roller has not seen any action at the big-league level.
