The Cardinals have yet to decide if they will reinstate Daryl Washington, but the recovery of the troubled linebacker was encouraging enough for the court to reduce his probation two months, per ESPN.
Washington pled guilty to aggravated assault in March 2014. He served 10 months probation rather than the one year originally mandated. He was also suspended last May for violating the league's substance abuse policy.
NFL spokesman Greg Aiello has declared that the domestic violence charge would be reviewed under the personal conduct policy separately and following a decision on his reinstatement from his current suspension.
