Kenny Phillips unable to play vs. Jags

Eagles safety Kenny Phillips was unable to play in Saturday's preseason game against the Jaguars as he continues to battle a quad injury. Phillips is fighting for a spot on the team and may get one last shot Thursday against the Jets.
