What to know about each team
Creighton: The Bluejays have a future first-round NBA pick in Justin Patton, plus a nice, strong shooting guard in Marcus Foster. Creighton is without Mo Watson, Jr., who was injured midseason at a time when he was leading the country in assists. The Bluejays spread you out and move the ball quickly. They’ll need to get above 75 points to have a chance to win against quality teams.
Rhode Island: Rhody left no doubt about its tournament chances by winning the A-10 title game over No. 2 seed VCU. Junior guard E.C. Matthews is the best player you haven’t heard about. He leads the Rams with 14.8 points per game. It’s the first tourney berth since 1999 for the Rams.
