LOOK: Louisville, Mississippi State honor military with season's best alternates
The Cardinals and Bulldogs will wear the uniforms for Military Appreciation games.
With Veterans Day approaching, Louisville and Mississippi State are sporting new alternate uniforms to honor those who have served and continue to serve in the military.
In separate announcements, Louisville and Mississippi State showed off their black-and-white alternates, courtesy of adidas. The Cardinals will wear black helmets and pants with their helmet logo in white. The Bulldogs also have black-and-white uniforms with stars-and-stripes accents.
Mississippi State will wear its uniforms in Week 10 against Texas A&M. Here's a closer look at them.

Meanwhile, Louisville's "Young Patriot" uniforms will be worn against Wake Forest on Nov. 12.
