Flooding in the Houston area has resulted in a wet situation for Rice football

Three straight days of severe weather in the Houston area have dumped inches of rain on the roadways and resulted in cancellations and delays across the area because of high water levels.

At Rice Stadium, the Owls' football field has taken on more water than it can drain. ABC13 in Houston posted striking photos of the stadium with a full sheet of standing water on Wednesday.
