MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Jacob Karam passed for 270 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and Memphis dominated the second half in a 37-23 win over Tulane Saturday.

The Tigers (2-8, 2-4 Conference USA) led 16-13 at halftime, and after allowing Cairo Santos to kick a 30-yard field goal to tie the game early in the third, erupted with three straight touchdowns.

The first was a 52-yard pass from Karam to Tevin Jones to snap the 16-all tie, followed by a 6-yard TD pass from running back Brandon Hayes to Reggie Travis and then a 32-yard interception return for a score by Tank Jakes.

Following Santos' field goal, the Green Wave's second half possessions yielded two turnovers on downs, two fumbles and Jakes' interception return.

Ryan Griffin, who entered with 14 touchdowns and one interception this season for Tulane (2-8, 2-4), threw three picks, one touchdown and amassed 211 yards on 25-of-43 passing.
