Capuano signed a minor league contract with the Brewers on Monday that includes an invitation to spring training.
It's a case of deja vu for Brewer fans, as Capuano is making his return to Milwaukee after spending the last five years with four different teams. The 37-year-old's best days are behind him, as he posted a horrid 7.97 ERA and 1.7 K/BB last season with the Yankees, but he could find a spot with the rebuilding Brewers as a veteran leader in the rotation or bullpen if he can post strong numbers in spring training.
