Giants' Jose Dominguez: Dealt second PED suspension

Dominguez was suspended 142 games after testing positive for a banned substance, Henry Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

This marks the second time that Dominguez has been suspended for a banned substance in his career. He spent the spring in major-league camp, during which he gave up three runs over 4.2 Cactus League innings.
