Royals' Wade Davis: Rehab assignment underway

Davis (elbow) "felt good" after kicking off a rehab assignment Wednesday, the Kansas City Star reports.

Davis threw a scoreless inning and, according to manager Ned Yost, "felt good" afterward. Yost indicated that Davis will throw several more times in the minors before rejoining the big club, but he could be back with the Royals as early as next week.
