Yankees' Mark Teixeira: Officially activated from DL

Teixeira (knee) was officially activated from the DL on Saturday.

As manager Joe Girardi announced Friday, Teixeira will rejoin the Yankees and return to the lineup for the first time in more than three weeks. Teixeira will start at his usual first base and will bat sixth against the Twins' Ervin Santana.
