McConnell will get the start at point guard Wednesday against the Bucks, Keith Pompey of the Philly Inquirer reports.
McConnell was impressive Monday against the Cavaliers, finishing with six points, 12 assists and seven rebounds in 23 minutes off the bench. With the winless 76ers desperate for a spark, they'll replace Isaiah Canaan with McConnell, who is a much better floor general and defensive player. Canaan should still see considerable run off the bench.
