Bobby Brown: To be waived by Rockets

Brown will be waived by the Rockets on Monday, Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reports.

The Rockets recently matched an offer sheet for Donatas Motiejunas, so with him back in the fold, Brown was deemed the expendable option and will be released to make room. Brown has seen action in just six games this season for the Rockets, but could find interest elsewhere as a veteran depth option in the backcourt.
