Grizzlies guard Mike Conley leaves with eye injury in Game 3

Grizzlies point guard Mike Conley was forced to leave Saturday's game against the Trail Blazers after taking a blow to the head, the team announced. Conley is heading to a local hospital for further evaluation on his head after taking an inadvertent elbow to his eye.

He's was seen with a swollen eye before leaving the arena. Conley scored 14 points on 6 of 14 shooting with four assists and three rebounds before leaving the game.
