Bills' Chris Hogan: Tendered by Bills

Hogan, a restricted free agent, was tendered a contract Monday, BuffaloBills.com reports.

While the Bills are still looking for a threat to pair up with Sammy Watkins, they apparently like the versatility and blocking Hogan has provided the last few seasons and he'll likely be brought back for another campaign. He projects as a solid No. 3 or No. 4 and not a starter, however. And remember this is an offense that prefers to run.
