Lions' Eric Ebron does not practice Friday

Lions tight end Eric Ebron (knee) did not practice Friday, but he was able to run on the side with trainers, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' website reports.

While Ebron was able to run around Friday, he did not log any practice participation this week and is almost certainly out for Sunday's game against the Cardinals. It was reported earlier in the week that he could miss up to three games, but with him already back up on his feet, he could have a chance to return to action after missing just one game.
