Bradford was not on hand Monday for the Eagles' latest round of voluntary organized team activities, philly.com reports.

Meanwhile, ESPN's Adam Schefter relayed Monday that Bradford has asked the Eagles to trade him, with the QB indicating that he didn't plan to participate in any more optional work with the team. Bradford's stance is motivated by the Eagles decision to trade up to No. 2 overall in this week's NFL Draft, where the team is expected to land either Jared Goff or Carson Wentz. For his part, executive vice president of football operations Howie Roseman maintained that the Eagles view Bradford as their starter in advance of the draft. "I want to reiterate our support for Sam Bradford and go back to our statements last week - that Sam is our starting quarterback," Roseman declared Monday. "His agent and Sam know how we feel about him. These workouts are voluntary. We look forward to seeing Sam again in the near future." In addition to Bradford, the Eagles also roster Chase Daniel -- who signed a three-year, $21 million contract with the team in March -- and once the team's future franchise QB is drafted and then signed, there would certainly be a glut of financial resources devoted to the position. Ideally, the Eagles won't have to rush their new QB to the field, but unless Bradford has a change of heart, the team might at least consider dealing him (and his hefty contract) to a QB-needy team such as the Broncos, Jets, or 49ers.
