Islanders' Ryan Pulock: Expected to be called up Monday

Pulock is expected to be called up from Bridgeport of the AHL, Arthur Staple of Newsday reports.

The Islanders placed Calvin de Haan (lower body) on IR after practice Sunday and Pulock is expected to take his space on the roster for at least the beginning of the Islanders upcoming six-game road trip. Pulock is the Isles top defensive prospect and possesses a cannon of a shot from the point. The question though is how much he will be used by coach Jack Capuano? His value will continue to remain higher in keeper or dynasty leagues rather than in yearly campaigns.
