Lightning's Nikita Kucherov: Holding out for new contract

Kucherov has not reported to camp after the World Cup of Hockey because he hasn't signed a new deal with the Lightning.

A deal will come, but the Bolts will likely need to move someone in a trade in order to accommodate this rising star. Kucherov was at the World Cup of Hockey, so he's in game shape. Missing camp right now won't be a problem.
