Senators' Ryan Dzingel: Re-signs with Ottawa

Dzingel inked a one-year, two-way deal with the Senators on Tuesday.

Dzingel saw action in 30 NHL contests towards the end of the season with several teammates dealing with various maladies. In those outings, the 24-year-old was able to notch nine points, 11 PIM and record 23 shots on goal. Although he may begin the 2016-17 campaign in the minors, Ottawa was clearly impressed enough with the youngster to lock him in for another year.
